Become an Event Sponsor

By being an event sponsor, your donation will not only make this important event possible, but it will also ensure that every dollar raised directly supports McGilvra's teachers and students. This year, we're aiming to raise $100,000 to continue providing these essential educational programs that make McGilvra extraordinary. Your sponsorship is crucial to reaching this goal.

The McGilvra PTA would be glad to work with you to develop a customized sponsorship package that includes in-kind donations and/or auction items. If you become an event sponsor, your logo will appear on event signage, the auction website, and other promotional materials, including posters at the school and information sent home with each student. This is a great opportunity to promote your business to 120-150 attendees and hundreds of neighborhood families, while supporting our school!

If you would like to sponsor the event, please contact the PTA Fundraising team at fundraising@mcgilvrapta.org or contact Lauren Gishuru at 206-743-6150. To ensure maximum visibility, we request sponsorship commitments as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, March 14, 2026.

The McGilvra PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization and sponsorships are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law

Platinum Sponsor - $10,000+

• VIP Table

• Logo inclusion/recognition as Platinum sponsor on all auction promotional materials, including signage at school, printed information for families, e-mails, event website, and event signage.

• Verbal recognition at the event

Gold Sponsor - $4,500-$9,999

• Reserved table

• Logo inclusion/Recognition as Gold sponsor on all auction promotional materials, including signage at school, printed information for families, e-mails, event website, and event signage.

 Silver Sponsor - $1,500 - $4,449

• Logo inclusion/recognition as Silver sponsor on all auction promotional materials, including signage at school, printed information for families, e-mails, event website, and event signage.
