Join us for the Fall Ball!

3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at McGilvra Elementary School
The McGilvra Fall Ball is a fun, family-friendly celebration open to the whole community — students, families, and neighbors! It’s part harvest festival, part dance party, and part school spirit event.
Entry is free and will include a dance party, face painting, and photo booth fun. Food, drinks, and tickets for carnival games are available for purchase.

Glow Dance Party
Craft Station
Carnival Games & Prizes
Photo Booth
Face Painting
Tickets will cost $1 each at the event or purchase a pack of tickets in advance to save! Activities will require 1-5 tickets each. Proceeds help cover the cost of the event and support PTA programs that benefit our students all year long.
Food & drinks from Hawk Dogs will be available for purchase.
Please pick up pre-ordered tickets at the start of the event.
Support Northwest Harvest & Earn Free Activity Tickets!
We will be collecting non-perishable items for Northwest Harvest. Kids will receive 1 activity ticket per item they donate at the event, up to a maximum of 5 tickets total. Let’s show our community some extra love as we approach the holiday season!
Lend a Hand!
It takes a village to put on an event like this! Our fabulous event committee needs volunteers to help make the event a success. Please offer to help for a shift and you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the event! Volunteer roles include:
Check-in assistance
Dance hall chaperones
Activities supervision
Set-up and clean-up
We’re also looking for an energetic person to serve as our Dance Party MC/DJ and we need cake donations for our Cake Walk.

All event proceeds support the McGilvra Elementary School PTA’s Annual Fund, which provides essential funding for the school’s art program, math and reading specialist, and academic tutors.
